Director Liam is a member of the RICS ( Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors) and has over twenty years helping clients in land and property throughout Yorkshire and the North of England. Liams experience includes working as a valuer on new build developments for nationwide high street banking clients.

Ella brings over 15 years experience in the Land and Planning sector bringing a wealth of knowledge to Joseph Land.
Ella has held key positions at some of the UK’s leading developers including Bovis Homes, specialising in Land acquisition. Her strong reputation make her a valuable asset to our team.
